RecommendedI became very ill a week ago and went to urgent care bhc. They told I had bird flu and sent me on my way without checking my chest when I clearly couldn't breathe. I continued to get worse every day and went to Warmc very early this morning. From the moment I got there I was treated soo amazing by everyone that I came in contact with. Nurses were top notch and put me at ease.
Well, it’s hard to recommend because no one wants to be sick. But I’d like to say that from registration, going through triage and back into a room in ER was very quick. I was made to feel comfortable and everybody that I came in contact with was very upbeat, energetic and compassionate. Major props to the MCC student who was able to place an IV in my finger... something I’ve never seen. Admitted to the 3rd floor and also the 2nd floor, again the nursing staff were top notch. Had a surgical procedure today and everyone from registration to nurses taking care of me, the doc and anesthesia was great. So super nice and caring. Great experience!

So far, both experiences visiting the ER with my latest health plague, went extremely well. I was first seen by Dr Jurgen and then next by Dr Murray. They took great care of me and we are well underway to finding out what the heck is going on in my lungs. And yes, they had no problem with my Veterans Choice insurance. So any place that supports Veterans is the best of the best in my opinion. This Hospital, as small as it is , is extremely well equipped to handle anything. Five stars all the way! Had my husband to ER. Immediate service, didn’t even have to complete registration and he was being triaged. All staff friendly. PA Bayse was thorough. A patient representative even scheduled a new patient follow-up appointment with a local Doctor’s office as we are from out of state. Five star service!

The lack of concern for your patients while in the ER is a disappointment. I know the Monopoly that you run in the area requires people to go to your facility. I know you guys can't afford quality employees, but ignoring your patients is not a way of helping them. I guess your doctor's did NOT take the Hippocratic oath.
