I started my experience by going onto the main web site for U.K. BMW. On this site I configured the exact style of the BMW x3 30e XDrive XLine. The web site gave me various option such as SAVE or book a TEST DRIVE. I saved my configuration and then booked a test drive via the same internet page of my configuration which took me to Vertu BMW Bridgwater. This Vertu Branch : BMW Bridgewater made my experience of sorting out a used car an absolute breeze and it was done with 10/10 Customer Service thanks to Matt and his Team there. First I was collected and driven from the Train Station. Had a great chat over a very nice latte and had a great vehicle inspection with Matt who just let me have a good ol look around. From welcome to your welcome this team (in particular The Service Team) create a guest style environment to which any need you might have that they can meet is in fact, a pleasure. Review Mini This week I picked up my first Mini Cooper and absolutely Love it!! Black with colour coded roof and wheels. I have very particular spec on cars and can be quite fussy. I was first met by Jeffrey Mark on day one at the dealership and he listened to all my needs. He is a very friendly approachable person and made me feel quite at ease.
