Don’t do business with them. They are scammers and will steal your money. The Ohio Secretary of State has suspended their business license. They were the target of a Cleveland News Channel 5 investigation as well. Google it. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. These folks are frauds.
So very disappointed. I wanted to support local business however after giving my cash deposit all I received was no call no show for service and excuses. Never showed up or returned my deposit even after several attempts and correspondence. Horrible thief. Do not use.
Still waiting to be reimbursed for work never performed. Go to look these guys up on BBB webpage to see details of complaint. My advice is to not pay them until work is completed to your satisfaction.
My 87-year-old mother's garage door opener was failing to work so I called Westdale and Pat came out to take a look. The opener was getting power and it was determined that the board was dead. My mom wrote Pat a check for a deposit on a new door opener and he in turn gave us a detailed receipt that showed the date he'd be out to install it (Thursday, 2/22/24) and the balance due. I really struggled with whether or not to write a review about Westdale. They have great reviews and Pat and Ray seem like really honest and hard working guys. The last thing I want to do is make things harder for a small business but they really let me down and I cannot recommend them.
