I am disappointed with my experience at this dealership. I purchased the vehicle on November 25, and there has been a lack of clear communication and follow-up throughout the process. I was informed that a second key would be provided, and I initially tried to pick it up at the dealership. However, when I followed up, I was told that the pickup timeframe had already expired. I have not received any update or resolution since then. I believe better organization and communication would improve the customer experience.

I bought a Honda from Carl Reid, he was very patient and helpful. I am very grateful for his help. When closing the deal with the finance department, I recommend that the client read the contract before signing anything, and ask about the tax gap and the warranty, because they included them in the deal without informing me, and this increased my monthly payment, but according to them it was mandatory by the bank.
