I bought a Honda from Carl Reid, he was very patient and helpful. I am very grateful for his help. When closing the deal with the finance department, I recommend that the client read the contract before signing anything, and ask about the tax gap and the warranty, because they included them in the deal without informing me, and this increased my monthly payment, but according to them it was mandatory by the bank.

When I was initially considering this car, it was listed as used on Honda’s website. By the time I purchased it, it was listed as Certified Pre-Owned, though I’m not sure what caused the change. Regardless, I later discovered mechanical and cosmetic issues that were not disclosed, including a poorly installed left tail light, paint in the trunk indicating prior work, minor front damage, and rust on the door sill — none of which appeared on the Carfax.
