The staff are wonderfully helpful in every way they can be. The apartments are very nice. We have had , problems with our garbage disposal since we moved in, but the maintenance staff has tried replacing it several times and worked on it to no success. I just gave up on using it and put a drain guard in the sink to keep anything from going into it. It's not like it really effects us in any way. The biggest down side is that some of the neighbors are less than desirable and some tend to just throw there trash out of their car... read more
This APT is cool i have no problem living here
I've lived here for 5 months now. I really like my apt. No one bothers you...met some great friends here. !! An yes occ. U do c roaches its part of living in florida..u need to treat the apt. Occ. Then no problem..my apt I had at heron pond in Lehigh acres was terrible with roaches. Don't miss that place I hated it there!!!wesrchace I really like it here !!
