Koa Kampgrounds is barely OK> To the point and just the facts: -The staff was helpful and nice. -The bathrooms/showers were clean. The showers were warm and the flow was full. Nice. -My son enjoyed the pool area. This is the part that makes my review just "OK": -The campground is located in the middle of an industrial park. Not a very outdoorsy setting. Unhappy Campers First time we stayed at a KOA. We had a large group and made reservations 3-4 weeks in advance and cards was charged the 1st nights stay the day we made the reservations. Then they made the mistake and thought we were a scout group and after we were 1/2 set up came and told us we would have to pay more because of their mistake. No apology just wanted more money.NO CAMPFIRES, what is camping without a campfire???? Quit time is from 8pm to 9am??? Would not recommend this campground to anyone.
