12/24-12/26 Awsome stay we will go back next year for 4-5 Days. Good price 5 star food and service ..clean rooms we had 2 pay the extra money Gulf side Suit it's worth it. Michelle at the front desk was so on point, I now know what Mic Jagger feels like when he checks in to a hotel!
Friendly staff, amazing food and beautiful views. Everyone was so kind and professional. Karri and Linda at the pool bar were the best bartenders! The resort is currently undergoing some renovations, but I had a renovated room overlooking the pool and the gulf. Will definitely be returning!
The rooms have been renovated in the building we stayed in. Everything looked new including the bathroom. The room and bathroom is small but it is plenty of space for 2 people. My only complaint was was that there is no hot tub near the pool. That would be a great asset to add by the pool. The laundry room was clean. The pool was clean and we loved the beach it was very close to walk from our room. I also liked the fact that the rooms had wood floors and not carpet. The a/c unit in our room was new and very quiet.
Great beachfront resort! Dolphins, turtles, seagulls, and SHELLS OMG! Normandie restaurant was wonderful BUT very overpriced for the only restaurant within walking distance. Staff needs lesson in etiquette and not to discuss personal issues in earshot of guests. Tacky. Large Caesar salad with chicken $13 and was great but only small pinch of romaine 😞 WiFi leaves much to be desired 😞. Aside from that, resort and bar staff great.
I really enjoyed our stay. Everyone was really nice and helpfull. The room was so perfect. Everywhere we looked it was peacefull and beautiful. We wanna come back for more days soon. Thanks for everything.
Great place to stay. Friendly front desk. Live music at upper deck pool bar was entertaining. The view from pool bar was breathtaking.
My sister and I just returned from a long “sisters weekend” at the West Wind. Everything was great! The front desk staff was extremely friendly and shared suggestions for on and off property activities. The room was clean and comfortable. Our stay was so much fun and we will definitely be back to the West Wind!
