We loved our 3 night stay at West Wind! Everything was as expected and as advertised. The beach was beautiful, our room was comfortable, the staff was friendly, the pool was warm, the free bikes were fun, what more could you ask for?! The free post cards and sea shell collecting bags were a nice perk. Went to the office for free coffee every morning. Went to Tween Waters one day and swam in their pool. They were equally nice at that location as well. Cant wait to go back and stay at West Wind next January!
Excellent gulf location. Every room is a 'good' room (semi-circle around pool with view of the gulf). Nice room set-up for dining out or snacks in (plates, silverware, fridge, microwave, toaster). Excellent service from reservation (do it direct with inn for best price and amenities like bicycles and paddleboards included) through check-in and the stay itself. Close to everything- if you want to do more than just relax in the sun, you can.
we spent a lovely three day getaway at West Wind Inn. Check in was a breeze. We were given a map of the island, a coupon book and we were told the bikes and stand up paddle boards were free. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable plus they were cleaned daily. The grounds were well maintained and the location was perfect. Great restaurant right on the grounds which we ate at several times. Can't think of anything negative about West Wind. Had a perfect time.
friendly staff. lovely room with a view of the pool and beach. so much to do and not enough time to do it! we'll be back and definitely will stay more than 2 nights.
The pool was warmer than the air! Very nice place, very well manicured landscaping and gorgeous view of the gulf!🌴🌅
