Perfect family hotel. Right on the beach with option of the pool. Room was nice. The bathroom was small but we hardly were in our room. We had a suite with a kitchen. The area was small but prefect for doing snacks and lunch. They also have BBQ grills so running to Baileys general store for some steaks and corn is such a great inexpensive option for family dinners! We never left the property. Staying for a second time in a few weeks, excellent place to stay!
Amazing place to stay!! The staff is beyond accommodating. The Upper Deck has the best views and great drinks made by the best staff (Kerri and Kim). The ocean views and access to the water is fantastic. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for my first trip to Sanibel!

We loved the West Wind Inn! Our gulf front room was very clean and so were the grounds. We enjoyed the chair and umbrella rentals every day of our stay. Such a great place!
We have stayed here twice, we love the West Wind Inn. Everything you need is right there and the island is easy to travel. We have the best time at westwind Inn. Our 3 children prefere here over Disney world and thats saying a lot as they are young. 11, 7, and 3, they love the beach a few steps outside the door and the french toast with strawberries and bananas. Its always a great getaway for we live near buffalo, NY. Hoping to be planning another Vacation soon.

We had a great time. Room was great. Friendly staff. It was a very relaxing time. It was great at the pool also - other guests were very friendly.
My favorite place!!!! Love the WWI and Sanibel Island!
