I loved my time in a studio at West Towne!!! Staff was nothing but caring with me and any issues I brought up. Ursula and Katie specifically are so so sweet and helpful. Maintenance was always super quick and always fixed the problems. I had to use emergency maintenance after hours once and Kevin came quickly and was very nice. I would also recommend signing up for the show unit program, the small benefits add up over time and I felt like it was worth it! Management is terrible. Bad communication. Apartment was infested with black mold and got kicked out with only a days notice. They only care are about your money.
the maintenance team really helped me when i had troubles. whenever i have a service request it is always done quickly and respectfully. they deserve more credit! Edit: this apartment complex charged me 700 when I moved out for “not cleaning my apartment” do with that information what you will.
