Can’t say enough to convey how pleased I am with their service. Dewayne and Casey came to Vega to inspect and clean our fireplace for a smoking problem. They were professional & knowledgeable. They cleaned the chimney and fireplace, painted the grate, ran a camera through the chimney to show me pictures of everything. I highly recommend using West Texas Chimney!
When another company wouldn’t respond to my request for service, I called West Texas Chimney and Venting Solutions. They were so helpful and when Jim showed up it didn’t take long to analyze the problem with my fireplace gas insert. He gave me options, told me what it would cost for him to fix it, and even suggested I fix the issue myself since it was an easy fix, and would save me money. They were professional & polite during scheduling & their visit. Was totally impressed when they began by putting tarps down from the door to the fireplace to keep the floor clean. They quickly and efficiently cleaned the chimney, did needed repairs, added gas logs, and cleaned up after themselves (cleaner than it was before). They noted some settling in the chimney, but said it should be fine for awhile. Will certainly call them again to come fix it!! Great job! Thank you!!
