Very nice people and knowledgeable came and looked at my fireplace.ended up needing no repair
When calling this company be sure and ask for intention/cost up front and get in writing. They are a very dishonest organization and cannot be trusted to do the work or give information. Owner is not honest and you will be very disappointed if you choose to use this business. I would definitely do research and find a more reputable company. I was hired by Jacey I**** to do an inspection of the fireplace and chimney installation that her company installed and to also install a chase cover for the top of the chimney. This inspection was done to the parameters of the NFPA 211 standards on 3-9-22. There was a major fire hazard due to the improper installation of the wood burning system which was documented in the formal inspection along with pictures that was sent to her. Arrived earlier than appointment, on a Saturday. Wonderful! Friendly, efficient, and professional. Nolen put cloths on floor, so he left no mess. Jim went on roof to inspect chimney. How thorough! Jim checked my gas line to light logs. I honestly can't believe how clean my fireplace looks. I am really excited to toast marshmallows in my own living room. Thanks to West Texas Chimney, I have no worries about this winter season. Let it snow!
