Dr. Conte is the best dentist and the hygienists are supreme.
Lori Freeman is the best!!! She makes me relax even when when she needs to do an x-ray (I have a gag reflux). She is very patient and understanding. And I love the entire staff at West Shore Dental. You're treated like a friend from the minute you walk in the door.

I have been going to West Shore Dental for many, many years. I have seen many changes with staffing including dentists, hygienists, and ancillary help. A few things that stick out are the professionalism of all staff, personnel that answer the phones are courteous and accomodating, and the expertise of Dr. Robert Conte. I highly recommend West Shore Dental Associates for all your dental care and dental needs.

How often do you feel comfortable in the dentist's office? You will here. They take the time to make you feel at home, starting out with a tour of the office, followed by a thorough examination and cleaning. No pain, no anxiety...and the sense that I am heard and well taken care of...five stars without hesitation.
The receptionists and administrative staff are super-organized and helpful; they answered all my questions and I was able to schedule an appointment quickly . The dental hygienists are friendly, efficient, and thorough, as are the dentists. . The facility and equipment are high end and modern, I was never upsold, and when a problem was discovered I was given all the needed information to see a specialist. I would highly reccomend this practice (as someone who fears the dentist)
