Great Staff New maintenance team is amazing. They have taken care of all my issues. Apartment layouts. New property manager responses to my concerns very quickly. In addition to that, apartments, floor plans are open and spacious and properly in great location.

Review I have been here for one year as of January and Ms. Romelis the third property manager that has come in within the first year of my stay. She hit the ground running with purpose trying to make West River the best place to live. She has been consistent with email updates and is on top of issues regarding the maintenance of the property and doing her best to get them resolved. Nice property & Affordable The apartment and location offer the comfort, for young professionals like myself, who prefer easy travel routes to work & major highways. Besides that, a nice community gym & $15 monthly parking fee, which is very affordable compared to the other properties in the area.

Not the Same Anymore I’ve lived here for a few years and the previous managment, while no where near perfect, was better at handling issues. We had to handle the bug problem ourselves, and I’ve never had a neighbor issue here until the new management came in and allowed cheaper deals to get in this place. It’s no longer peaceful here and it’s not worth paying for updated amenities that get abused. Parking and security are out of control. Not worth it You’re really just paying for The area. This apartment complex is not clean. The fire alarm constantly goes off for no reason and this is no sense of urgency with maintenance. All types of bugs crawling through the hallways and makes there way into apartments. I have the citizens app and it’s been ample times I got a notification that there was a break in on our property. I would not recommend
