Always kept house up to date and made sure place was clean. Thanks for being great landlords and taking pride in it.
As a former tenant of West Properties for 5 years, I CANNOT say anything positive about them. Even the death of one family member(Keith West) did not wake them up! I truly resent every single day of our business relationship with them(Melissa Phillips & Scott West). They know nothing but U.S.D.!!! During the said tenancy they did NOT spend a dime on any repairs whatsoever!
A true example of DISHONEST, GREEDY and FRAUDULENT people! After all, the Birds of a feather flock together!
