We love WPP, Dr. Leon is our MVP but we have also had appointments with basically everyone haha and always a great experience. I’ve always felt very comfortable asking questions and felt like they really have my kiddos best interest in mind. I couldn’t be more happy with this team.

Wow...! West Plano Pediatrics is not trust worthy! West Plano Pediatrics just wants your money. We took our son to this medical group for his 4 month vaccinations. They verified and accepted our medical insurance as in-network, only for us to receive a mail a few month after the service that our insurance did not cover the claim because it was out-of-network. AMAZING!!!!! :) Dr. Berger makes you feel like family!!!! She is truly God sent!!! First time parents come with worries but she has calmed our anxiety and worries without feeling like we are bothering her! If you need a Doctor that makes you feel like family go to Dr.Berger!!!!!! :)The nurses are fantastic, and we feel so welcomed every time we are there!!! Truly amazing staff! :)
We love Dr. Berger. 14 years and going strong. She's very humble and knowledgeable....we never feel rushed in her office and it feels like she really cares! I'll be sad when my kids age out.
This is the worst doc office I've been in. I changed docs over 3 yrs ago since I could get my child in when he was sick. Our doc was amazing but the staff is horrible!! Now when my current doc puts in a request for medical records they are charging me to get them, even if I pick them up!! Office policy to charge patients for their own records. Even just the shot records of a child!! Looks like money is more important than patients!! Sad truth!!
Dr Gair is the BEST! She is so thorough, kind, and understanding. We couldn’t imagine seeing anyone else!
