Everything worked out very well. I just wanted to send you a quick note to thank you for helping out with our recent photo shoot/party-demo. Above & Beyond The extra care and service provided by Julie was above and beyond! On every occasion Julie has gone out of her way to educate and give guidance. On the last occassion, Julie arranged for packaging and shipment for a very urgent timeline. Her extra concern and help allowed me to complete my out of state assignment and satisfy my customer's needs. I could not have done this without her- She saved today- make that week!
Very helpful I recently had a problem with my older Epson scanner. Sean Patrick went out of his way to diagnose the problem and it was the software and not hardware and downloaded the correct driver. Thanks, it works fine now!
