good job "Shortly after entering a man had greeted me and left me to wander the store on my own once he knew I was capable, which is what I honestly prefer in any store. After a short while he had asked if I needed any help and answered my questions about public access dark rooms. The staff were friendly and tried making small talk which I found very nice. 5 stars for the service and selection of supplies."
West Photo rules I have been using West Photo for about 2 years now and have always received GREAT service and friendly interaction. They have helped me out in getting rental equipment at the last minute and I feel like I am visiting good friends when I pick up/drop off my rental equipment. LOVE these guys!! Thanks for helping me move from an amateur photographer to a professional who is living her dream!

Excellent EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT.....I used to go to natl camera for several years but the service was at best inconsistent....they hire a lot of college students who often had an attitude....a pro referred me to West and i've been a loyal customer ever since......can't say enough about their competent staff....find someone who is a good fit for you....you can always request that person again....every visit is a "lesson".....natl camera pays A LOT for advertising and it gets passed on to the consumer....West's price... read more
