I bought my first DSLR I bought my first DSLR camera at your store last Friday. I want to share with you how happy I am with the wonderful help Kyle Krohn gave me. I'm a photography newbie; therefore, I asked many questions! And Kyle was absolutely wonderful at explaining things to me and helping me pick out the right gear. Thank you! Great service Great service and price. I used a coupon from a mailer. They gave me the coupon price and did not try to push any additional service that I did not want or need. Plus, I was only in there 20 minutes.
i love I love West Photo very knowledgeable people really know when to use flash if necessary. Please never stop using film.

Excellent EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT.....I used to go to natl camera for several years but the service was at best inconsistent....they hire a lot of college students who often had an attitude....a pro referred me to West and i've been a loyal customer ever since......can't say enough about their competent staff....find someone who is a good fit for you....you can always request that person again....every visit is a "lesson".....natl camera pays A LOT for advertising and it gets passed on to the consumer....West's price... read more
