My father just had brain surgery there his surgery was scheduled a month in advance, it was scheduled for 8:30 am, they didn’t start till 10, the surgeon, was nice even though he couldn’t take out my dads tumor 💯 like he said he was able too, but after the surgery he went to pacu, for recovery, 14 hrs after his surgery he’s still there, they said they are waiting for a room in icu, it takes 14 hrs to get a room ready come on!! if I come in for chest pains I expect to be seen in a timely manner.
this hospital is horrible! when your not sure if you have cancer & they refuse to read an MRI because they dont have other records! Absolutely obsurd! The ER doctors tell you they dont know how to read the MRI. So I am a sitting duck due to my highmark coverage.
When someone is sick, the last thing they need is a rude nurse to make them feel worse.
The Doctor's were pretty good
