doctors, nursing, and support staff are awesome!
Patients are not a priority in several nurses eyes unfortunately. Being left in a room and no follow up care or check ins for over 50 minutes after a 3 hour evasive surgery seems to be “acceptable”. Uncaring, rude and bothered was my experience with a nurse.
The hospital is a little tough to find you way around. . No different than most older buildings. After reading the other reviews . They must be at a different hospital. I got nothing but first class service . Food was good. Nursing staff could not do enough. Doctors were great . I was there for heart procedures . one I stayed two days and the other was out in side of 14 hrs. Parking is pricey if you do not get ticket validated. Parked alday for 4.00
Amazing staff! Especially the Neurology ICU! Thank you so very much for the wonderful care of my SIL. We aren't done fighting yet! #teamsteph
Horrible "hospital". Horrible communication. Slowest patient care I have ever seen. Complete scam parking fees. You sit around all day, pay outrageous parking fees, waiting for information and you find out nothing is getting done that day. Extremely rude nurses in the ER. Completely disgusted.
