STAY AWAY!!! My appointment at West Nyack Dental was at 2:00pm. I arrived at 2:05, was finally called into a room at 3:05 - a full hour later - and did not walk out the door until 5:18pm. Over two hours of that was spent in the chair for a single root canal, because the dentist, Dr. Nag, repeatedly left for 15 to 25 minutes at a time to work on other patients, mid-procedure, with my tooth open. Abysmal. They were an hour late, and everyone had a nasty attitude. Even if they did finish the consult (by the way, the oral surgeon is incredibly rude) it wasn’t worth it because the oral surgeon is only part time.

Not a good experience at all. I needed partials because my old where old. Dentist "fixed" a chip in my front tooth, very small, with thick coating. The tooth looked better before. Had a root canal done as well, the new tooth the dentist put in was falling put approximate every other week. I ended up having to super glue it in. The partials fit great but don't look good w so much metal showing and now I'm missing a front tooth. Going to look online for a removable piece rather than having to go to the office every other week.... read more
