I went to my appointment and I was so upset about the way this people work. They made me wait for like an hour to be seen by the surgeon who was rude in every possible way. He was not wearing a face mask to cover his mouth and when he was talking to me he was spitting on my face (gross) all of them were wearing head phones. The place did not look clean. dental probe that he put inside my mouth looked dirty! I would not recommend this place at all!

I used to never have a problem here. Now all of a sudden with this new staff behind the front desk is getting bad. I used to never have to call to confirm my daughter’s appointments. This is the second I had to call to confirm her appointment. I do not have any problems with the dentists there cause they are on top of their game. The front desk needs to get their act together. I hope that they get some smart people back behind the desk like Wendy who know what she was doing

Came here to see Dr. Mark Kelman for the first time. Was greeted and helped by Jason Aguilar , at the front desk when I came in, He had me fill out some forms that I should have done before . . Was then greeted by Danielle D. and Jefferson Vargas . Later I got to be seen by Dr. Mark Kelman . . He was very friendly , thorough, gentle, patient ,and efficient ! He gave me very, very good advice and answered all my questions . ! Will be coming back to have him deal with my gum situation . Am sure he is do that . .

Horrible experience. Came in as a me patient. They made me wait in the waiting room for almost 2 hours because their xray printer was not working. They wouldn’t do a cleaning or an exam until the xray machine was up and running. I asked if I could speak with a doctor or a hygienist, but was refused
