Terrible experience, I’d give them a 0 if I could. I had an appointment booked for 10:00 am. I arrived at 9:56 am. I asked patrons for where the door is because as the receptionist said “everyone says the door is hard to find” and as expected, no one around knew where to find the door. I called 13+ times over an hour+ and no answer. I waited outside until 11:00 am thinking the receptionist might’ve given me the wrong time because the phone message says they open at 11:00 am. Love this office. I live an hour away but refuse to go to any other dentist. Dr. Khalid is very patient, gentle, and does quality work. Also the office is kept very clean which is a big plus! I have recommended many friends and family here and all are very happy they found their new dentist!
West New York Dental is the best! My family and I have been coming here for many years and always have a great experience. Very clean, professional, and Dr. Khalid is a really great dentist!!
Don’t go here , Staff literally has no brain. Scheduled wrong time, no follow up call, then was rude. Dentist should not Own a practice or should hire a new receptionist simple as that
