Great customer service, every time I go in there.
Done business with them for more than 5 yrs always the Airport Rd (Jersey Mikes and new location west) and they’ve never shared they will service what I’m buying. Taking my business elsewhere. You all might want to start educating your customers. Saw your response and question what if any training your associates receive. Very poor customer service and never have any parts. They never have any parts in stock nor do the people working behind the counter act like they want to do their job they act like they're bothered when you come in asking questions
I would recommend them for a Gravely or their other mower they carry. Trouble is you buy your mower at the West side Mobile store you have to take it down to their other store for service and warranty work. About eight miles down the road. They don't take Mississippi Banks for any payments. I don't understand that because it don't make sense to me when I only live twenty miles from the store and your the only Gravely dealer closest to me so I guess I'll have to deal with it. But I still would recommend them.
