Very nice and very knowledgeable. He explained things to my husband (works contracting) and explained things to me so I understood things too. He's affordable and I can say I recommend him as an inspector. His report is clear and easy to understand and he gave us a printed version on top of electronic.

Steve was professional and thorough with his inspection and also explained things to us as he did the inspection. Report was complete, comprehensive and quickly delivered to us. We were very happy with his work and feel more confident as home buyers. Definitely recommend this company!

They left my home not they way they found it . Doors open, lights ones, black finger prints on stuff, moved stuff and didn't put it back. Very unprofessional, felt very uneasy and stressed after this company was in my home!!!!!
