We have used Amanda for our own home and our sons home inspection and every time she has blown us away with her attention to detail, and her care for our well being! She takes great care to ensure everything is inspected correctly, and has gone over and above to ensure we are not only safe, but also explains everything to us to that we are fully informed. I would highly recommend her to anyone I know! I fully trust her, her knowledge and expertise!

Amanda pays great attention to every detail in the house, which my clients love. Always had high praise for her thoroughness and honesty as we walk through the home inspection process, and gives a very detailed report to help in the negotiating process and also for record keeping for my clients in the future. Amanda was amazing. 10/10 recommend her for your house inspection. As a first time house buyer my favorite part with working with her, was her teaching me while she worked. We walked through the whole inspection together. You can tell she not only cares about her job but truly wants to help her customers feel comfortable in their decision.
