I was trapped in my garage due to a broken spring on the day I was throwing a HUGE PARTY and I needed to get OUT to run some errands. West Michigan Door showed up as SOON as they could and freed me! They were able to put some clamps on to get me through a few days until they came back out to replace the spring. Excellent service. $170 was a DEAL for the two days they spent servicing my door. SO thankful for perfectly capable companies like this one.
My garage door broke when I was heading out with my two kids. I called West Michigan Door and Gary was here within 30 minutes. My kids (4 and 2) wanted to watch him fix the spring and he was great with letting them set up chairs to watch and explaining what he was doing. Will use West Michigan Door again!
In and out quick. No mess left behind. Excellent customer service. Great prices. ($250 lower than competitor for the same item).
I checked around and got estimates and this company was the best. Price was great even including taking away my wood door. I highly recommend checking into them if you are going to replace your garage door.
