Prompt, efficient door replacement.
West Michigan Door ALWAYS comes through. We’ve used their service 3 times and they are always fast, efficient and easy. But this weekend, we were in a pinch. We were literally leaving for vacation and as we left, we noticed the garage door wasn’t shutting. After calling West Michigan Door, they sent someone out as soon as they could, knowing that our home wasn’t secure. They fixed the issue and sent us an invoice, which was $100 less than expected. West Michigan Door Company came to repair my garage door during blizzard conditions on February 8 so it would be fixed before I went to Florida. Great service. Highly recommend this company. Great job!
I would recommend WMDC to anyone who wants fantastic service and the best estimates you can get. I needed to get an estimate to replace my operator and instead the serviceman fixed my old one at minimal cost compared to a new operator. I was amazed because I was told by another company I would need to replace my opener.
Great job, timely and responsive
WMDC replaced the remote for my garage door opener a couple of years ago. When the new remote stopped working, they came out quickly and reprogrammed it so it worked. The price for the service was less than I expected. I plan to use them for any future work on my door and opener.
