From the time I plopped into the chair until I slid out, I was impressed by my new team of dental experts. I have never had such a complete set of x-rays, nor had my 71 year old teeth so thoroughly explained to me. And everybody who worked with/on me was wonderfully friendly and knowledgeable. I knew by the end of my appointment that my wife and I had chosen well for our new dentists.
As always, another fabulous trip to the dentist!
My experience with Amber was very positive.She made me feel very comfortable. Of course, I love Chelsea as well, she wasnt available, so I had the pleasure of meeting Amber. Everyone at West Lake Dentistry is a blessing to my husband, Jeffrey and I.
The entire staff at West Lake Dentistry is amazing. You are always greeted with a friendly smile. Dr. Brooks is incredible, she explains everything and will always give you options for your dental care. Cortney is so sweet and answers all my crazy questions. April is so pleasant and very helpful with billing questions. Everyone I have come in contact with in the office has been a pleasure.
This clinic has a very calm and pleasant atmosphere, that extends to the staff as well.
I love all the wonderful professionals in this practice!!! They always make me feel like a family member!!
