West Lake Dentistry goes above and beyond to provide the best experience possible. It had been several years since my previous dentist appointment due to unsatisfactory patient care and scheduling. West Lake Dentistry made my appointment very easy to make and they are prompt at seeing you once you walk through the door. Everyone that I spoke to was very nice and the overall atmosphere made me feel comfortable(it is the nicest dentist office I've ever visited). I'll never miss another dentist appointment again... :)
My regular 6 month appointment went well. The wait time was about 15 minutes.The receptionist was very professional& personal. My technician was very professional. She took my xrays of my mouth. My technician proceeded to clean & polish my teeth. I was in the dental chair about 45 minutes. DrBrooks came in & checked my gums & examped my mouth & under my tongue, all is well.
Drs. Nicole Naylor and Amber Brooks and each one of their amazing staff have made me so comfortable - they have cured my fear of the dentist for sure! And not only do I get the best dental care, everyone is so welcoming, and just lovely people. I highly recommend!
