Dr Naylor and her staff was wonderful. I felt that I was getting a much more thorough level of care than I have gotten in the past from dentists in the Midwest.
My daughter came with pain in her tooth. Dr. Brooks stated it was due to teeth grinding and told her to wear a mouth guard at night. She wears top and lower retainers at night and Dr. bBrooks either didn’t pay attention or didn’t address that situation?!?

My first encounter with Dr. Brooks was a couple of months ago in an emergent situation. On a Thursday evening one of my crowns came off as I was brushing my teeth. Though we weren't yet officially patients of West Lake Dentistry, we planned to become so with a January visit. So I called the office on a Friday and, even though they are closed on Fridays, Dr. Brooks called me and was willing to come in and cement my crown back on.
