I have been a patient for years. My experience from start to finish has always been excellent. Dr. Geringer and Dr. Henslee are great.
Starting from the appointment process to the wait time, everything was messed up. I had asked for optometrist from call center and they put me in front of an ophthalmologist leading me for 4 times the cost and the front office was not actually apologetic. They said, I do not know what they suggested but you should have called us!! The waiting time was more than an hour with confirmed appointment. Friendly and very competent staff. They always put the patient’s comfort first. I highly recommend them for your eye care needs. Dr Curran is great and always explains everything in great detail. Love him!
Awesome! Awesome! Awesome! What other words are there to say! Great staff overall! I had iLasik yesterday with Dr.Nix and her wonderful staff! I had a lot of anxiety about having surgery on my eyes, but Dr. Nix kept me very calm and was extremely professional in stepping me through the procedure. The only drawback is my wife says that now I'll actually know what she looks like in the morning. Haha! I hope the staff realizes how grateful I am for having their care! Keep up the great work!
