Called to reschedule an appointment that was made for me after laser surgery by the office. Get transferred 3 times and then the last transferred place I was sent to, No One is at the number! But the second lady makes sure to tell you be sure to be able to make a payment! I do every time I come is what I told her... I came in for a Lasik consultation in May 2016. I was walked through the entire procedure step by step. Everyone was available to me even before I scheduled a surgery when I had questions. After learning about my finance options that made the procedure affordable I did it! Every single process went exactly the way I was told. My recovery was minimal and I was checked in with on a regular basis. They were never too busy to answer a question or see me just because I had one. The first time three years ago I got my sons glasses quick this time it is taking a looooong time. I called yesterday morning left a message, no call back. Today I called left a message still no call so I call again and someone answers. I will not be back after we get his glasses this time
I been going to WGECC for the pass 15 yrs . My doctor is Dr. Curran ,he is a very good dr. he takes time to explain to me .I am always on time and I never have to wait over 10 mns.I am out in about an hour , if I have test to be done .
At my first visit I waited 25 minutes past may appointment time. The technician who took me to the exam room seemed nice enough, until I had trouble with the eye drops and I explained I have anxiety, then she basically stopped talking to me and seemed annoyed. When the doctor came in, he showed me two slides and wrote me a prescription, which turned out to be incorrect when I tried out my trial pair of contacts. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Not happy at all with Doctor staff was great!! Doctor Curran is in my opinion the worst Doctor I hv ever seen. We won't be going back!
