The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. It's really important to me to have a comfortable chair to sit in during my dental procedure, and their chairs were very comfortable. It was nice to be able to be comfortable during my entire procedure. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. Called (the drs. wife) which is the finance dept for 1 month and could not get ahold of her..... she said," Oh, I've been on vacation for two weeks." I told her no, she was back, but never in the office. Her hours are 10-2p.m., but when I called at 12:50p.m..... she was gone to lunch and would be back in about an hour... so I called at 1:50p.m..... what do you know.... she is already gone for the day.
