Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Sometimes, but not always Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? No, they take every concern of mine seriously Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? No, they were able to provide everything they said they would

They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I was hoping to get some sample toothbrushes or toothpaste after my appointment, but I didn't get anything. I would consider recommending them to my friends and family. While I wasn't completely impressed, if someone was in need I would point them here. It was very noticeable that they practiced good oral hygiene themselves. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I was happy that I got in for a follow-up appointment because it helped a lot. However, the customer service is terrible. Every time I come in for an appointment, and throughout the appointment, I'm always having to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are. Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they had everything you could possibly need!

A couple, but not very many Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they were well-stocked Did they follow up with you after your appointment? I had a follow-up appointment, but I scheduled it.

Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? Not one bit! I felt much better when I left! Was the water they used during your teeth cleaning a comfortable temperature? Absolutely! It was the perfect temperature Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable.
