What a great place!!! All our fur family loves it. If your fur kids have never tried laser treatment: highly recommended. Can't say enough good things.
Great care from great people. From our three new kittens to my exotics (snakes and tarantulas) the staff know what they are doing and are always friendly! They get to know you and your pets on a personal level which makes vet visits great for everyone.
My Mom has been bringing her rescue birds to West Geauga Vet and Dr Pappas for many years. Because of her trust with these wonderful folks, I too bring my iguana, also a rescue to there. The care and attention they pay to Merlin far exceeds my expectations. What truly matters to me though is that they care what Merlin thinks more so than what I think. I love Dr Pappas & how much she cares about the animals!! I don't trust many with my rescue birds, but I do trust Dr Pappas!!!
The care and attention they give to my chameleon, and the patience they have with me and my constant worries is inspiring. I will never go anywhere else to treat my pets.
My entire experience from when I called on the phone to when I walked out the door was by far the BEST!!!!!! The entire staff and Dr. Pappas were truly so kind and knowledgeable. I'm proud to say that Maybeline is part of their practice!!!
