RecommendedWonderful and caring vet! We are very pleased!
Everyone is so kind and patient! You can tell they actually care about the pet it’s not just a job! I changed Vets because my previous one just seemed to want to get done as quickly as possible and never took time to actually make my dog comfortable. I’m still shocked every time I come in for an appointment. They spend so much time making sure it’s a positive experience for my dog. I definitely recommend Dr. Pappas and her staff.
Everyone here is extremely friendly and helpful...also patient with my big Butchie. It was his first visit and I was nervous, but they put us both at ease!
My daughter and I called about 10 vets before we could find one that would treat our rabbit. West Geauga was amazing!! Got us right in, spent lots of time with my daughter and her rabbit, and didn't break the bank!! On top of that we even recieved a follow up call and nice welcome card!
5 stars doesn't cut it. I give them a 10! So friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. So thankful to have our sweet guinea pig, Harley in their care ❤
Dr Pappas and her staff have been wonderful in the care that they have provided to our pets!
This is the best Veterinary Hospital around that I have found they take all kinds of animals, and thank you to them and the angel foundation they were able to help two kitties that I got or should I say rescued actually off of a farm out in Windsor, because if it was not for them these two angels would not have made with the infections that they had...
