The most disappointing service I have ever received from a veterinarian. I took my bird in to trim his beak twice here. The first time, they trimmed his beak and ran a droppings test on him without my authorization. Instead of a ~ $25 charge, I ended up paying $75. I was surprised with the charge, but my bird was slightly sick, so I accepted it this time. For the next visit, my bird was perfectly healthy and all I requested was a beak trim. This was our first visit. I liked that everyone was so nice and able to address all of my concerns.
we just moved to the area about three months ago and going to a new Vet was daunting (especially since you can't go in with them). Well i did some research and settled with West Geauga and boy am i glad i did. they are professional and give it to straight. Dr. Pappas came out to the car to discuss the visit and explained everything we needed. thank you for making me and the little ones feel comfortable!
Dr Pappas is warm, welcoming, knowledgeable and friendly. She is by far and above the very best vet I have met and the staff are second to none!
Dr. Pappas and her staff are always available to us -- even when we are under COVID-19 conditions. Thank you so much for seeing us (from a distance) and taking care of our puppy! ❤️ Excellent care.
I live how this place sees more than cats and dogs. I have taken my turtle and now my axolotl here. So glad to have a vet I can take my special critters to that isn't too far!! They are so friendly and helpful!!
