We found a baby bird in our yard yesterday. I called many places to find help with no response. I called the West Geauga Vet and they helped me take care of the little guy through the evening and told me I could bring it in first thing in the morning. Such a kind and caring group of people. We cannot thank them enough!

I just wanted to say how amazing the Dr. Pappas and vet techs are! Very affordable care and they get to know your animal on what they like and don't like. I truly appreciate how helpful you were this morning with our rambunctious puppy. We are now apart of the West geauga vet hospital family�
Dr. Pappas is a one-of-a-kind vet, she is caring and truly helpful. She takes time to get to know each animal and treats them as if they were her own. I drive a little over an hour to see her whenever any of my birds have a problem, every mile is worth it. I highly recommend her! The staff is excellent and helpful as well!
Thank you to Dr. Pappas and all of the sweet nurses that helped my dad, me, and most of all our 11 year old lab Rocky today. You all went above and beyond during a stressful and difficult emergency situation and gave us comfort knowing Rocky was in safe and loving hands. We are so grateful for everything you did today. Dr Pappas just completed surgery on my fantail goldfish "Willie" and successfully removed a large tumor off his eye. Willie is swimming more freely now and much happier. Thank you Dr. Pappas and staff for your compassion and medical expertise. You are all awesome! Cindy Savitski
