Lori is a great trainer for people with back injuries .. she gets it and works u to your potential without killing u or your back. She is just what I needed to get me back into working out after a long sabbatical after a back injury. Working through an injury is hard and you need the right trainer who knows body mechanics and how to help u reach your best potential. Plus I love all the amenities like the saunas and hot tub and pool. U get the full experience
