Lived here for 1 year. When I first moved in, the apartment wasn’t in the best condition, and I had to work to leave it in top shape to get my deposit back. I did received my full deposit back when I moved out, which was a big plus. However, be prepared to put in some maintenance effort. we’ve lived here for over a month and still don’t have access to our mailbox… we were told we would get it “a week” after we moved in, nothing. we’ve been to the physical office multiple times, called multiple times, and are now being told it’s a maintenance problem even though they said all that was happening was a lock change. we have several late bills stuck in our mailbox right now that we are being charged late fees for— i am extremely dissatisfied with the leasing company but otherwise the apartment itself is nice, min... read more

Lived here for two years and can honestly say the company was the worst management you could have. The place I moved into had damaged appliances, walls, and floors. The heating never worked well and took all my time living there to be fixed. When I first moved in there was mold on the vents and a utility room that looked untouched for years. Stay away from this management company if you can. The rent is cheap but so is your service.

I unfortunately lived there for two years, BEWARE if your roommate leaves on you by not fault of your own, it is YOUR responsibility to find a new roommate AND pay for his half of rent and utilities. Do not live here, management do not help you, all they do is show you the lease and remind you that you are SOL if you cannot find a new roommate to help pay the full rent monthly. HORRIBLE place to live, new roofing was being installed and it was during finals week, why not push it towards the summer when no one is there. Moral... read more

Stay away from this rental company. They don't want to show you the actual apartment, even after you confirm that you'll take it if it's neat, clean, and similar to the demo unit. They expect you to sign the lease without seeing the actual apartment you'll be living in. Unless you're in a very urgent situation, it's a hard pass. Avoid this place and don't sign anything you haven't seen in person.
