There are PIGEONS IN THE BUILDINGS. They don't perform maintainance, they increase rent every year, and they've cut amenities. Management doesn't care and they'll do anything to get out of their legal responsibilities. .

Like the other reviews, this place is just pathetic, with constant issues from move in, over 4 birds actually being in our apartment (one was dead behind the dryer), constant issues with the sink and faucet, and a multitude of other issues with management constantly switching, changing the emergency contact number without informing tenants, this place is a pathetic excuse for an apartment. Was nice two years ago, management is making this place worse by the day…

This place is okay to live at, but the management is terrible. I had to deal with the manager Erick. He refused to allow me to pay my rent when it was late a couple of days due to schedule changing. I asked him to work with me, but he refused. This caused me to get evicted even though I had the money. He lied and said they don't take payments over the phone, even though I know they do. He been trying to get me out for a few months. He even tried evicting me during a month that I paid rent and submitted proof to the judge who... read more
