We recently moved in and unfortunately, the experience hasn’t been great so far. When we got the keys, every blind in the apartment was damaged, and one was even covered in mold. After visiting the office, the property manager responded quickly and sent maintenance right away. At first living there was cool. Good management. Then the guy left an we got a new younger woman (college students) working in his position. She was alright but then charges were coming in that we had no idea about. Tried to be reasonable, wasnt getting through. Pest control bill came to us when he clearly stated he's with Jensen group. Got charged twice for that months later. My daughter lives in The Ridge that is managed by these folks. She has let them know numerous times that there is a lot of pigeon poo on her outside deck. This has rendered it completely useless. As you can see in the photos, this is not a little problem. There are spot where the poo is over 1" deep. One of the amenities they brag about is outdoor living space, no one can explain why an outdoor living space is so overrun with birds, including a dead bird, and poo.
Absolutely terrible experience-after moving out, West End Living/Jensen Group tried to charge me over $2,000 for replacing a refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, that were all working normally when I left, with no proof of damage and no proper explanation, just an outrageous bill and threats from their attorney; avoid this property management company at all costs!
