I’ve been calling all day morning afternoon and night and nobody ever picks up. Goes to voicemail. Is this even a legitimate business? Either case, I’ll be shopping elsewhere. Can’t bother to pick up your phone I won’t bother to give you my money.
I purchased linen bedsheets and organic duvet covers for king size online. I love them all, except duvet covers. The duvet cover doesn’t fit because the cover is little short for my king size comforter. I kept duvet covers anyway because i love their colors. I have to fold my comforter little bit. Lol
I would say they recruit sales associates from the DMV, but that would be insulting to the people of the DMV. The eye rolling, the stench of entitlement, the ignoring requests for assistance, the gossiping about customers IN FRONT OF OTHER CUSTOMERS....I don't even know where to begin! Please do better!
Twice now, Raphael has been incredibly rude to me and very unhelpful. I spent time in the store accomplishing what I could've accomplished at home with less cruelness. He made me feel bad for thinking I could possibly "double dip" when the following day, the exact sale went into effect. When I called to tell the manager, Stephanie, she barely uttered the words "sorry," but rather spent all her breath defending him and herself.
