West elm is the WORST company Ever! I recommend buying high end decor from any other company. We have spent so much money with west elm and planned to spend a lot more but they have the worst customer service ever and will go out of their way to screw customers.
I purchased curtains with identical labels but when I got home I discovered one was totally different. There should be better quality control than this. The staff was indifferent in the store and on the phone.
DO NOT order a bed frame from West Elm. They completely botched the delivery and assembly of min. I’m going into my fourth weeks without the bed and my back is in EXCRUCIATING PAIN from sleeping on the couch. They’ve wasted over 4 hours of my time, caused me to cancel a trip, miss work, and worst of all caused this awful back pain to come about. RecommendedWe recently had an amazing experience at this store in Charlotte. First it's of note to mention, we did not go into the store to purchase (just view) nor did we think we needed help. Terrible customer service. Just got our couch today that we ordered in October. It’s been less than one hour away since December 17th. Customer service reps have no idea what’s going on. Their tracking system is outdated and doesn’t work. We’ll never buy anything from West Elm again.
