DO NOT ORDER furniture from West Elm, especially custom orders! I ordered a custom recliner on June 25th and it was supposed to be delivered July 30th-August 1st and I still have not gotten a call for delivery. They have pulled the money out of my account at least 3 different times. Customer service has been incredibly unhelpful. Noone seems to know what the f**k is going on. Save your money!
They are terrible...long wait on items...confusion on orders...sent damaged items and then replacement was wrong...DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!
I do not recommend this store (Roseville, CA). My sister and I just walked around this store for about 25 minutes without a single acknowledgement from any employee. At least 5 employees walked right past us while we walked around the store.
Amazing store
The furniture looks nice at first but then it starts to fall apart, chip, bubble. I have reached out to the company no response. We spent over 3000k and would like this replaced! Hopefully someone will see this and call us.
We had the BeST experience w Kevin! He went out of his way to order lights for us and get them shipped from a different location. His customer service, friendliness was so sincere— we were hugging when we left! It is rare to receive this type of attention and service these days. Thank you again Kevin!
