My wife and I went into this location today looking for two dinning tables. We need one for the nook and one for the formal dinning area. My wife was really excited to go into this store because just two days ago she ordered a custom couch to use as a seat for the nook. She really talked this place up to me and when we got there the product was really good, however, the customer service was far from that. We couldn’t get the attention of any of the staff. I do not recommend this store (Roseville, CA). My sister and I just walked around this store for about 25 minutes without a single acknowledgement from any employee. At least 5 employees walked right past us while we walked around the store.
I purchased linen bedsheets and organic duvet covers for king size online. I love them all, except duvet covers. The duvet cover doesn’t fit because the cover is little short for my king size comforter. I kept duvet covers anyway because i love their colors. I have to fold my comforter little bit. Lol
Love the styles in the showroom. Really disappointed with delivery system. Ordered a "quick ship" sofa and, using the tracking system, just discovered that it was in Richmond on August 11th. They never called, never emailed and, therefore, never scheduled delivery!!! I finally had to call myself. Not impressed!!

PEOPLE PLEASE READ YELP REVIEWS OF ALL STORES (ie EMERYVILLE STORE) BEFORE PURCHASING FURNITURE. Customer service is atrocious and you WILL BE dissatisfied with the delivery process, as we have been. Save your money and shop at Ikea OR shop UP and go to Z Gallerie, Restoration Hardware, Horchow... places with customer service and consideration of paying customers.
