I am loving the new look they just transformed to in the past week! It is always my place to get something different and in style. I love that I can get everything for every room as well as garden. I'm one to want to find things that no one sees all the time and West Elm is the place to be original at! I can be greeted quickly and be allowed to shop without hassles. I too am surprised by some of these reviewers. Every time I go in the Charlotte store someone says hello and asks if I need help. Now there are times it's super busy and that's not as quick as is typical, but I can understand when the stores full of customers. It's not critical to me that I get acknowledged as I walk in, I know I'm there to shop and I don't feel ignored; I can respect that these people are busy taking care of customers just like me.
