The customer service and “white glove service” are deplorable. How do you lose furniture??? I’ll never buy from this company or it’s affiliates again.
Terrible experience. Ordered sofa Dec 11, 2021 and still not delivered Sept 2022. I understand supply chain problems, but they charged my CC in July and have refused to credit me back until a firm delivery date can be provided. Cannot get a straight answer from customer service. Never again!

I loved their furniture, but they amount of foam they use is a HUGE turnoff. It is so bad, that I will not order additional furniture from here.
We recently had an amazing experience at this store in Charlotte. First it's of note to mention, we did not go into the store to purchase (just view) nor did we think we needed help. We knew what we wanted and that was that... well it was that until we met Jessica! DO NOT ORDER furniture from West Elm, especially custom orders! I ordered a custom recliner on June 25th and it was supposed to be delivered July 30th-August 1st and I still have not gotten a call for delivery. They have pulled the money out of my account at least 3 different times. Customer service has been incredibly unhelpful. Noone seems to know what the f**k is going on. Save your money!
