We had the BeST experience w Kevin! He went out of his way to order lights for us and get them shipped from a different location. His customer service, friendliness was so sincere— we were hugging when we left! It is rare to receive this type of attention and service these days. Thank you again Kevin!
Twice now, Raphael has been incredibly rude to me and very unhelpful. I spent time in the store accomplishing what I could've accomplished at home with less cruelness. He made me feel bad for thinking I could possibly "double dip" when the following day, the exact sale went into effect. When I called to tell the manager, Stephanie, she barely uttered the words "sorry," but rather spent all her breath defending him and herself. I am loving the new look they just transformed to in the past week! It is always my place to get something different and in style. I love that I can get everything for every room as well as garden. I'm one to want to find things that no one sees all the time and West Elm is the place to be original at! I can be greeted quickly and be allowed to shop without hassles. I too am surprised by some of these reviewers. Every time I go in the Charlotte store someone says hello and asks if I need help. Now there are times it's super busy and that's not as quick as is typical, but I can understand when the stores full of customers. It's not critical to me that I get acknowledged as I walk in, I know I'm there to shop and I don't feel ignored; I can respect that these people are busy taking care of customers just like me.
