I went to West Elm store in Charlotte, NC on Sunday and I tried to buy 8 dinner chairs two times which was not possible even though I really liked it. The reason was the horrible service, two ladies there didn't even help me and if I asked them the price in total she told me to calculate it by myself. Literally I feel like they don't want me to buy there. Is really sad that a nice furniture store has such poor customer service.
Yes !!!! Be sure!! I Love this place !!! Everybody learn little things to do for : Home, bedroom, And office !!! Best cover for a Bed for Special Day!!! Absolute great!!! Place to find it!! Your needs!!
