I am surprised by some of these reviews. I have always been approached by a salesperson on the sales floor and have received excellent customer service. The staff is always very knowledgeable when I've had questions. I have worked with Raphael on the design team for a number of years and he has been amazing - always has great ideas and is very responsive. I went into the store to look around, I love the catalog and figured since I had some time to waste I would browse through the store. It was beautifully arranged and the items in the store are beautiful. I saw 5 people total working in various areas of the store and not one person said hello, or asked if I needed help with anything.. Now mind you I didn't need help nor was I looking for something but maybe they don't greet window shoppers:(
