4 DAYS WITHOUT A/C !!!! THEY EXPECT YOU TO BE IN THE HOT APARTMENT ALL DAY WAITING FOR THEIR MAINTENCE GUY AND WOULD ONLY COME OUT 1 TIME AND IF YOU DONT ANSWER THE DOOR ON THEIR 1ST KNOCK YOU ARE LEFT WITHOUT WORKING AC IN FLORIDA IN BEGINNING OF OCTOBER!

Tad and Tamara are very nice! Rented from them for around two years and had no issues. Maintenance came quickly the few times we needed them. Making payments online was easy. Would recommend!
